Fueled by the lessons of her youth, Shirlyon McWhorter has parlayed a strong work ethic and powerful faith into a life aimed at making a difference. She formed McWhorter Law with a sense of purpose: to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients, our community and our profession.

Her humble beginnings lead her from the country town of Wauchula, Florida where she picked oranges after school to the courtroom in South Florida where she served as a role model for the litigants that appeared before her. Since starting her career in the public sector, Shirlyon has always known serving others was and is her passion. Each day with each case, her goal is to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the individuals, families, and companies that we serve.
